Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy details your statutory rights when booking courses, enrolling in VIP memberships, or purchasing physical knitting products from Knitting Workshop UK Ltd under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

1. Workshop & Course Cancellations

Because studio class capacity is strictly limited to 8 students per instructor, the following cancellation terms apply to course bookings (including Knitting Basics £25, Advanced Patterns £49, and Blanket Project Course £69):

• Cancellations 14+ Days Prior: Full 100% refund processed back to your original payment method.
• Cancellations 7–13 Days Prior: 50% refund, or 100% credit transfer to a future scheduled workshop date.
• Cancellations Under 7 Days: Non-refundable, but you may transfer your seat to a friend or family member.

2. VIP Membership Cancellations

VIP Memberships (£99/year) carry a 14-day statutory cooling-off period from the date of purchase. If you have not attended any free masterclasses or redeemed member discounts during those 14 days, a full refund will be granted upon written request to [email protected].

3. Physical Product Returns (Yarns, Kits & Tools)

You have 30 calendar days from receipt of your physical items to return them for a full refund or exchange:

• Items must be unused, in original original condition with yarn bands intact and uncut.
• Hand-dyed skeins must remain unwound in original hanks.
• Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or misdescribed.

4. Processing Refunds

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days to the original card or payment channel used during checkout.
